Here's a few great recipes from www.countrybobs.com to try:
Country Kabobs
Ingredients: 1/2 cup Country Bob's All Purpose Sauce (or may substitute Spicy Hot)
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
2 cloves crushed garlic
2 Tbsp Dijon mustard with seeds
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, cut in 1 inch cubes
1 green pepper, cut in 1 inch cubes
1 red pepper, cut in 1 inch cubes
1 large sweet onion, cut in1 inch cubes
24 cherry tomatoes
Directions: Mix first four ingredients. Alternate remaining ingredients on skewers Grill over a medium fire, while basting with sauce until the chicken is cooked through.
Country Bob's Fantastic Baked Beans
Ingredients: 53 oz can pork and beans, drain half of liquid
1/2 lb broiled or fried pork steak (bacon may be used)
2 cups Country Bob's All Purpose Sauce (or may substitute Spicy Hot)
1 small onion, finely chopped
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp Country Bob's Seasoning Salt
1/2 cup green pepper diced (optional)
Directions: Cut pork steak in 1/2 inch squares. If using bacon, place on top of the beans before baking. Combine all ingredients and bake for one hour at 350 degrees. Serves 8.
